Step 1: Reset VPN Password

  1. Navigate to Administrators → Users

  2. Search for and edit your user account

  3. Click on the VPN tab in your user edit section

  4. Select Reset VPN

  5. Choose Regenerate VPN Password and click Create

Step 2: Retrieve Your New Credentials

After completing the reset workflow, retrieve your new VPN credentials from your profile:

  1. Click on the user icon in the top-right corner of the portal

  2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu

  3. In your profile page, locate the VPN Details section

  4. Your VPN username, password, and URL will be displayed here
